The fairest thing in the world is for everyone to have an absolute 24 hours to live. Time is fair, but we often feel like we have so little of it or that it's going by too fast. The reason for this problem is simple: we don't have precise control over our time, so we don't realize that time is passing by. The other issue is that we don't set aside time for other tasks in our daily routine. When we finally realize that we don't have enough time, we end up leaving those unfinished tasks for tomorrow, which just perpetuates the cycle.
I don't mean to say that we have to organize all the tasks and time in the whole day, because this kind of behavior will end up in some uncontrollable or unexpected situations in our life, and our arrangement will be completely disrupted, and the disrupted arrangement will be no different from the previous loss of control over time.
Another crucial point is that we don't have the concept of time. This concept is vital because it allows us to focus on every minute and second of our daily lives. In short, we wear a watch every day to pay more attention to each time period. Once we grasp the concept of time, we can create more of it. It's not difficult to understand. I believe we have all heard the phrase "cherish time."
I believe that cherishing time is creating time, and the relationship between them can be said to be a cycle. In short, if we want to create more time in our lives to accomplish more of what we want to do, then we have to cherish time more than letting every minute and second pass us by.
To be honest, we should probably pay more attention to what we do in our daily lives and try to make sure we don't waste too much time. For example, we know that sleeping for 8 hours is good for us, but we'll always find reasons to stay in bed longer. When we eat, we always check our phones and eat at the same time, so that it seems like a meal that can be eaten in 20 minutes takes 30 minutes to finish. These examples are more common examples of our lives. We shouldn't underestimate the short 10 minutes. If we use those 10 minutes to accomplish other more meaningful and valuable things, it'll be worth it.
We should plan our own day to find out what takes up a lot of time and what we can ignore. When we start planning, we'll regain control of our time and find we can complete tasks we didn't have time for before. There'll be plenty of free time to do other things.
When we don't have enough time to complete our tasks, we can feel a sense of helplessness and emptiness that comes from losing control of something. Furthermore, if we don't learn to manage our time, our lives will be chaotic, affecting our mood and future. I hate it when that happens. When my life is chaotic, I mope around all the time, and it's obvious!
I wish we all had more time to get everything done and feel more fulfilled.
