As we grow up, we're bound to encounter a lot of difficulties. When we meet them, our first reaction may be same: we may feel overwhelmed and most importantly, we may feel fearful, and we may want to run away from them.
I used to think a lot about the fear of difficulty. I used to wonder why we have a fear of difficulty. Is the difficulty so terrible? It's not like he's a living monster or some strange being. At some point, I saw a video that asked the question, "Have you ever wondered what lies behind difficulty?" I realized that it's not the fear of difficulty that makes us afraid; it's the unknown behind the difficulty that makes us afraid.
The unknown
It's something that doesn't exist, that can't be seen or touched, but why would we be afraid of it? Let's take a closer look at the human psyche. It's simple: we're afraid of things we've never touched because we're afraid of what might happen if we do. We worry that we'll make things worse or cause unexpected problems. These problems can't be predicted because we're just trying to escape. In the modern world, we see lots of examples of people trying to escape problems or difficulties. New problems and difficulties are cropping up all the time, and we don't have time to find solutions.
