We are in the age of high information, every day we have to receive information from all over the world, as well as the self will also produce their own information, these two kinds of information mixed with each other will form the head of the excessive energy loss and make your spirit, and finally we will become distracted as well as produce a high degree of agitation. This information can be the daily happenings of life, such as the boss's scolding, unlucky things, all kinds of negative news on the Internet or all kinds of new information, etc. These are called information because we receive these things not our body, but the brain, the brain in the digestion of the information after the overconsumption of the body will make the human body to produce impatience and thus affecting tomorrow and the day after tomorrow and the day after tomorrow's thoughts.
Anxiety is not scary, what is scary is that this emotion gets worse and worse and eventually causes serious mental illnesses, once these mental illnesses are formed, they will definitely be harder to cure than ordinary anxiety, after all, these mental illnesses are repressed mental illnesses that have been piled on top of each other.
To be honest, there is no special method that can help you to achieve peace of mind, all you can do is to voluntarily make changes and spend enough time to make these methods habitual and integrate them into your life, so that you can be freed from the prison of anxiety.

1. Meditation
I'm sure you're all aware and familiar with meditation, but do you really know how it works and how to use it properly? Meditation can bring a person into peace because when a person is in meditation, he or she must keep his or her head blank, that's right, his or her head is blank and does not go to anything, and only after the head is really empty can he or she really get the time to recover. We can do once in the morning and evening, each time 5 minutes, so that not only does not take up too much of our time and can also be appropriate relaxation, do not look down on this morning and evening of 5 minutes, that effect can be said to be a great. In the process of meditation can first try to empty and then 3 times for a group, the whole body's idea of force on the nose breathing, slowly inhaling and exhaling for 1 time and so on, and then continue the next group of 3 times until the end of 5 minutes. Of course, in the late if we have adapted to meditation, we can increase the time upwards, can be 10 minutes or 15 minutes, according to their own ability to increase, although the longer the better because the brain can have enough rest, but also depends on our own will.
